After a shaky start I really got into this book. I especially liked the historical stuff and thought it was particularly well written. Unfortunately this dire story concluded with disfunction being tied up in happy little red Hollywood ribbons. The last chapter destroyed the book for me, however I will keep an eye out for this author and definitely read her books again.
